Welcome to Titan Cleaning Solutions LLC! These Terms of Service ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions under which Titan Cleaning Solutions provides trash can cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. By signing up for our service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.1. Titan Cleaning Solutions provides professional trash can cleaning services on a recurring or one-time
basis as agreed upon.
1.2. Service is performed at the Customer's designated service address on scheduled days.
1.3. The Customer must provide access to the trash cans on the scheduled cleaning day.
2.1. Empty Trash Cans – The Customer must ensure that all trash cans scheduled for cleaning
are completely empty on the designated service day. If a can is not empty, the Company
reserves the right to skip the cleaning, and the Customer will still be charged for the missed
service.
2.2. Location of Trash Cans – The Customer must place the trash cans curbside or in an
accessible location on the scheduled service day (typically trash pickup day or the day after).
2.3. Hazardous & Prohibited Waste – The Customer agrees not to present trash cans for
cleaning that contain or have been exposed to hazardous or prohibited materials, including but
not limited to:
Motor oil, gasoline, diesel, or petroleum-based products
Paint, solvents, or chemicals
Medical waste (needles, syringes, pharmaceuticals)
Human or animal waste (excessive feces, remains)
Dead animals or biological contaminants
Construction debris, cement, or adhesives
Radioactive or explosive materials
If a trash can is found to be contaminated with any of the above, the Company reserves the
right to refuse service without a refund.
3.1. Payment Method – The Customer agrees to keep a valid credit card on file for recurring
payments.
3.2. Billing Schedule – Payments will be charged on the billing cycle agreed upon at the time of
enrollment (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
3.3. Non-Payment – If payment is not received or declined, services will be suspended until
payment is made.
3.4. Late Fees – Titan Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to charge a late fee for overdue payments.
4.1. Cancellation by Customer – Customers may cancel their service at any time with a
minimum of 7 days notice before their next billing cycle to avoid charges.
4.2. No Refunds – Payments are non-refundable unless Titan Cleaning Solutions fails to provide the
service as agreed due to its own fault.
4.3. Service Cancellation by Titan Cleaning Solutions – Titan Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to cancel service at
any time due to repeated non-compliance with these terms, including non-payment or
hazardous waste violations.
5.1. Titan Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the trash cans.
5.2. Titan Cleaning Solutions is not liable for any damage to property due to the Customer failing to
provide safe and appropriate placement for the service.
5.3. Titan Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to reschedule service due to weather conditions,
equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Titan Cleaning Solutions collects and stores customer information for billing and service purposes only. Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
